Our goal

Every company we work with should be able to say three things.

01 The software and AI we needed is live. Not demoed. In production, integrated with the ERP, the identity provider and the data, with people using it on a Monday morning.
02 Our own developers can run it. Every decision is written down, every rule is enforced in the build, and the agent instructions that made us fast are in your repository, not in our heads.

From the first line of AngularJS to Angular at scale
Where it started

Roberto Heckers started as a self-taught developer building AngularJS applications and spent the years that followed inside the systems large organisations actually run on: Angular and TypeScript on the front, .NET and Node.js behind it, SQL and Azure underneath. Energy, healthcare, industry and government, codebases with hundreds of projects and teams in several countries. That is where he learned what separates software that ships every two weeks for years from software that quietly stops.

He wrote those lessons down. Effective Angular (Packt, 2024) is a full book on building Angular applications of any size with Nx, RxJS and NgRx, and it is the reason teams across Europe know the name before he walks in. He takes the same material on stage: ngPoland, Angular Zurich and The Dutch Angular Group have had him talk about architecture, monorepos and the way AI is changing how front ends are built.
Then AI changed what one engineer can ship
Since coding agents

Delivering end to end used to take a team: a front-end developer, a back-end developer, someone for the data, someone for the pipeline, and a lead to keep them aligned. Most of the cost was the alignment. With coding agents doing the typing, one senior engineer who understands the whole stack now ships what that team shipped, and the coordination cost disappears because it is one head.

Roberto Heckers sits in several AI knowledge groups alongside industry leaders, where the people building with these models compare notes on what is working in production and what only works in a demo. He attends the conferences where the next year of tooling is shown first, and he runs the newest agents and models on real client-shaped code before recommending any of them.
